Ryan Theriot's USCG Address

I recieved an e-mail from Ryan's dad. He provided an address for us to send him mail. Furthermore, he mentioned that eventually we will be able to e-mail Ryan, but that will be a ways off. Lastly, he said that the plan for them to move fell through, so they will remain in EC for a bit longer. <gossip off>
