Can anyone recomend a good video editing program?
Also, is it possible to convert short videos into animated .gif's?

Yes it is possible to convert short video's into gifs, certain software required of course. As for video editing... check out www.doom9.org/ and their forums for that stuff, I can't really recommend any good editors cause I haven't really ever found one that does what is needed. |
